While playing minecraft snapshots (Sidenote, Only in the recent 1.7 Snapshots, 13w36a-Current Snapshot) the mouse sensitivity will be randomly high for no apparent reason. The despite what I have set on the menu (Normally 110%, but I lowered it to 90% with no effect) the mouse sensitivity is just unplayably high for my gaming level.
I'm not sure how to recreate the issue, I will keep looking into it.

Yes it's still like that in MC 1.7.4/ Launcher 1.3.7. And now I have the sensitivity set to 47% and I even lowered the sensitivity in Windows settings...
Upto around MC 1.6.2 I had the sensitivity at 100% but it was with 1.7 I began to experience strange behaviour from the mouse movements. At first I thought it was me that suddenly had gotten more sensitive due to my medication I am on but apperantly not...
You said I shoukd update MC??? To my knowledge Jeb/Dinnerbone haven't started the snapshots yet?? And I always assumed the launcher is updating itself?? Maybe you are in their closed alpha/beta Group??
Is this still a concern in the current Minecraft version? If so, please update the affected versions in order to best aid Mojang ensuring bugs are still valid in the latest releases/pre-releases. If this has been done, we can reopen the issue.

I can confirm this in Minecraft 1.7.2
When playing normally in my singleplayer world the mouse sensitivity increases after a while even though I have set the sensitivity to 76% in the options. The sensitivity seems to be global for the rest of the operating system when Minecraft is running.
