[MC-36429] Weird grass border between Ice Plains and Ice Mountains

Between the Ice Plains and Ice Mountains biome no snow is generated inside an 8 block border.

I created a new Creative world in 13w43a and noticed a green area right near spawn. It stretches over the edge of the Ice Mountains for quite a bit.
The seed is 153445816365099118.

Cannot confirm, see screenshots.

Please recreate the world with a name different from "New world", MC-315 may be the cause.

On the other hand, your Java is outdated.
