Issue streaming frame

I've linked my twitch account to minecraft, but when I press F6, it says this:

Issue streaming frame: TTV_WRN_FRAMES_QUEUEING (TTV_WRN_FRAMES_QUEUEING)

What is going on here?

Description

This also applies to TTV_EC_FRAMA_QUEUE_TOO_LONG.

This may be because you were trying to broadcast with settings that were too high for your internet connection and the local network is getting backed up with frames. This is likely being accompanied with a TTV_WRN_FRAMES_QUEUEING warning and maybe even an TTV_EC_FRAME_QUEUE_TOO_LONG which forced the broadcast to terminate.

To resolve please lower your quality/bandwith settings.

I had this problem too, but then I played around with the settings and realized that I had to lower the bandwidth from its default value to 200 (lowest number) to make it work. The problem is, it makes the quality bad, really bad. Even after setting the Quality to 0.200 bpp (highest), changing to the closest server and making the Compression higher, the quality stays bad. I think this is logical though.

Your connection to the ingest server you have selected is below par. Either select options that make you use less bandwidth or look for another ingest server that gives you better performance.

What does "TTV_EC_SOCKET_ENOTCONN" mean?

It should be written in simple language, instead of this techinic language.

I can stream with a higher bitrate/framerate in OBS, but in Minecraft I get this error with low settings, it's not my internet.
