TNT explosion does not show in 3rd person

When you ignite TNT and then double-press F5, the explosion is invisible!
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download, install and play FVDisco´s Sonic the Hedgehog map (it is good to show)
2. Double-press F5
3. stand next to the bouncer- tnt spawner (MCEdit-ed)
4. Watch missing explosion animation

Not reproducible with a generated "default" world.

Sometimes Spawners act differently than how normal entities would appear. That's why the TNT would do that.

Confirmed for minecraft 14w04b with /particle command as well

Found no bug in 14w32d. Double F5 mode shows explosion particle from TNT with no issues.

Regressed in 1.8.1 (and 1.8, as in MC-74764).

Resolving to MC-74764 since this is the root cause of this issue.
