[MC-45378] Getting on to and off of a ladder or vines counts as a jump

Getting on to a ladder or vines at the bottom or off of it at the top increments the Jumps stat.

Is this still a concern in the current Minecraft version 14w34d / Launcher version 1.5.2 or later? If so, please update the affected versions in order to best aid Mojang ensuring bugs are still valid in the latest releases/pre-releases.
