[MC-46422] Barrier have shadows

What I expected to happen was:
The barrier block should not leave shadows because it's invisible.

What happened was:
The barrier block (invisible block) have shadows when place like other blocks.

The weird thing is that it doesn't even change the light levels of blocks below it but makes everything look darker.

[Mod] Galaxy_2Alex, why it should be intentional, think like in real-life, if is transparent, the shadow is not that dark.

It's an issue with smooth lighting. It's being applied to the barrier block.

This isn't intentional, its an issue with smooth lighting.

Not intended, fixed for upcoming snapshot.
