[MC-46539] Transparent Grass Textures Render Incorrectly

As MC-45199 is WAI, this is therefor an issue. An empty grass texture won't fill the pixels, whereas MC-45199 says they should.

If the grass texture is completely made of Alpha, it does not fill with opaque pixels to avoid x-ray hacks.

Is this still an issue in the current Minecraft Snapshot 15w46a or later? If so, please update the affected versions in order to best aid Mojang ensuring bugs are still valid in the latest releases/pre-releases.
