[MC-46855] Hand Glitch when switching F5 view and bow (Rare)

I found a bug in which causes a hand positioning glitch (or intended?).
Steps to reproduce:
1.Watch this video below on how to reproduce the glitch, it's EXTREMELY HARD, so watch and listen carefully.
Notes
1. This glitch works on Survival, Creative, and Adventure (obviously NOT spectate).

Possibly related to the bug I reported, MC-46797. Not a duplicate, but shows similar symptoms.

Is this still a concern in the current Minecraft version? If so, please update the affected versions in order to best aid Mojang ensuring bugs are still valid in the latest releases/pre-releases. If this has been done, we can reopen the issue.

Keep in mind that the "Resolved"-Status on this ticket just means "Answered", and that we are waiting for further information on whether this issue still exists or not. We will reopen it as soon as the requested information has been delivered.
