/summon EnderDragon
Kill the dragon, watch it drop experience

Not completely fixed in 14w34c, the dragon will still drop experience (although he does drop less than before)

redstonehelper: I guess that that is since he drops XP in waves even before his death cycle is over. (The same thing that also makes the ender dragon infinite XP drop exploit possible)

Confirmed in 1.8 (although I only went from level 0 to 34).
Edit: With /gamerule doMobLoot true I went from 0 to 65.
