[MC-50286] Skeletons do not attack back against wolves

In Snapshot 14w10a it was added that Skeletons flee from wolves... but when the wolves start attacking the skeletons it only seems reasonable that the skeletons fight back

I believe that in SethBlings Snapshot-Video you where able to see that the Skeleton do fight back, you might just have gotten unlucky.

Works As Intended. Skeletons flee wolves, creepers flee cats.

The flee, but shouldn't they be able to shoot arrows while running away?

Is this still a concern in the current Minecraft version 14w18a / Launcher version 1.3.11 or later? If so, please update the affected versions in order to best aid Mojang ensuring bugs are still valid in the latest releases/pre-releases.
