Illager/(zombie) villager/witch robes don't render the last two rows of pixels

The bug

Villagers that wear robes (farmers, librarians, etc.) have the mesh for their robes cut off 2 pixels above where the texture ends (the robe texture is 20 pixels tall, only 18 show ingame).

Is this still a concern in the current Minecraft version 14w30c or later? If so, please update the affected versions in order to best aid Mojang ensuring bugs are still valid in the latest releases/pre-releases.

Yes, this issue is still present in 14w30c and afterwards, including 1.8 and the 1.8.1 prerelease. However, I seem to be incapable of editing the ticket to accomodate this.

This is still an issue with 1.8.8 and 15w35b.

Still an issue with snapshot 15w51b, this also effects the Zombie Villagers as I would guess they use the same internal models.

Confirmed for 1.16 Pre-release 2.

Confirmed for 1.16.4 and 20w45a. Also, this issue effects witches too.
