Well, Kumasasa, one day when I went in the end and used the /execute command to summon primed TNT on the Ender Dragon, I was about 40-50 blocks (maybe?) from the Ender Dragon when he died, and I still heard the death sound as if I were right there. So I would assume all players hear the Ender Dragon dying similarly to how everyone hears the Wither spawning.
I'd rather say troughout the enthire demension it is in, the ender dragon or wither
example
a wither spawn in the nether should be heard anywhere in the nether and not in the overworld/end
Well, FVbico, on the Minecraft Wiki, it says, "A ghastly sound is played when the explosion occurs. This sound is not centered around the Wither, instead it can be heard equally from all areas of the map. It can also be heard by other players throughout dimensions."
Is this still a concern in the current Minecraft version? If so, please update the affected versions in order to best aid Mojang ensuring bugs are still valid in the latest releases/pre-releases. If this has been done, we can reopen the issue.

It this a bug ?
Why should the Dragon's death sound be audible across dimensions ?
