[MC-574] half slab glitch

What actually happened was...:
What happened is the half slabs created a air block above itself, making the appearance of a partial double half slab.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.place a lot of half slabs, 1 layer thick in about a 3 by 10 arrangement
2. break them length wise in the 10 long columns
3. view bug

Please edit your summary to something more descriptive. "half slab glitch" doesn't tell us anything, you may want to change it to something like "slabs turn upside down at random" if you believe that is the bug.

Sounds like the bug we fixed before we released 1.4.2.

Please make sure you test bugs in 1.4.2 before you claim that it affects 1.4.2.
