When pressed, both wooden and stone buttons (and pressure plates) stay depressed much longer than normal. Also, repeaters and redstone dust stay active or inactive for inappropriate amounts of time. Command blocks activate as soon as they receive a redstone signal, but just about everything else is slow to respond to updates. Item pickup (when you drop something on the ground) seems to suffer from similar delays.

Please attach the complete output of the "Development console" which can be found on the second tab of the launcher.
If the launcher closes after game start, please edit your profile and select "Launcher visibility" then, "Keep the launcher open".
It seems that activating the command blocks in the "Command blocks" world causes the game to stall whenever redstone is activated, giving a "Can't keep up!" message and causing the game to skip an amount of ticks.
Is this still a concern in the current Minecraft version? If so, please update the affected versions in order to best aid Mojang ensuring bugs are still valid in the latest releases/pre-releases. If this has been done, we can reopen the issue.
Keep in mind that the "Resolved"-Status on this ticket just means "Answered", and that we are waiting for further information on whether this issue still exists or not. We will reopen it as soon as the requested information has been delivered.

I downloaded your world save and the redstone is working at proper speeds for me. Perhaps your computer has lag?
