[MC-61470] Savanna villages don't spawn with native resources like forest or desert villages.

Savanna villages don't make use of native resources of the biome (IE using Acacia wood and Coarse Dirt for pathways...?)

Last week desert villages didn't have specific resource use, and this week its fixed... I mistakenly hoped that villages were getting a revamp and thought it was a bug that Savanna was left out of the fix. 😉
