Put the summary of the bug you're having here
About every 30 seconds a slight freeze happens well I am in game on single player, what happens is the blocks will not respond with the game. I can mine but i wont receive a block, after the freeze the block I mined is invisible but whenever I hit the area it was in the block is still there. What I have to do is replace the same block i destroyed and mine it again. What I did find out is it worked fine on my friends windows 8 laptop.. odd
*What I expected to happen was that something was wrong with my computer, but after a thorough exam I realized there was a bug with the game
I thought the game wouldn't freeze
*What actually happened was the game froze

Very true, but I just deleted every trace of minecraft from my computer and re-installed it, I got on a 1.7 game and something similar happens now. Instead of the blocks and mobs freezing its just the blocks that don't respond when I mine them, and it only lasts for about 3 seconds, it's not the memory usage. It was using about .3gb out of 5gb
Customized Worlds can take up quite some ressources to generate new chunks, especially if it's similar to Amplified.
