[MC-62164] Breaking and Placing Blocks in Creative has a delay

When you place or break a block in Creative (haven't tested in Survival), there is a noticeable visual delay. The block is "there", it just doesn't appear for a second.
It seems to only happen with new blocks, and when I try to take a screenshot, it fixes itself.

I believe this is a different issue than MC-858. In that, the block actually regenerates. This appears to be merely visual.

I don't think it's a duplicate. When you place the block, it tooks effectively 1-2 seconds to appear (and sometimes do not appear at all). This is a new bug.

Indeed, I reviewed this issue before I acknowledged that 29b released.

This ticket has been marked as a duplicate of MC-62166, in favor of the more general or better information provided.
