[MC-63204] Title command spaces or characters not working and respawn bug

When i use the title command or subtitle
i can't use spaces or characters as , . ; '' !?
i get a error,

respawn bug
when i get killed, when my chat is open
i cant respawn .

Not a bug.

Use /title nielsie33 "can use spaces".

Mistyped previous command and can't figure out how to edit comment.

Use /title nielsie33 title "can use spaces".

Try using /title nielsie33 title {"text":"Can use spaces."}

also submit only one bug per ticket
