Reduced Debug Info uses pre-14w30a info on the top part

Steps to reproduce

  • Toggle Reduced Debug Info either in Multiplayer Settings or via the gamerule

  • Have a look at the top part (which goes from 'Minecraft <versionname>' down to 'MultiplayerChunkCache'

  • Compare it between 14w30a (or later) and pre-14w30a, you will notice it is the same despite the information not intentionally being hidden as it does not change gameplay
