When creating a new world, Survival or Creative, the "Press E to Open Inventory" box is not appearing.

The enviroment is supposed to contain pc details.

Cannot reproduce in 1.10.2 and 16w42a.
Is this still an issue for you in the most recent versions (i.e. 1.10.2, or 16w42a) of Minecraft?
