In new snapshot i tried /summob command with NBT tags like: /summon ArmorStand ~ ~ ~ {ShowArms:1} and it worked just fine. However i tried /give Lauryux minecraft:armor_stand 1 0 {ShowArms:1} and this just gave me simple stand without hands. So i wonder why is that? Is it a bug?

The armor stand (item) is more like an egg spawning an armor stand (entity) where you klick with it.
And drops an armor stand (item) when killed basically.
This is most likely Intended, since the Item has nothing to do with the actual entity.
