[MC-66881] Tripwires don't activate when falling trough on multiplayer 14w32d

Tripwires don't function when there is air underneith the string. There has to be a block underneith it for the string to connect with the hooks.

Is this still a concern in the current Minecraft version? If so, please update the affected versions in order to best aid Mojang ensuring bugs are still valid in the latest releases/pre-releases. If this has been done, we can reopen the issue.
