Stone Brick Stair Texture Broken

Duplicate of MC-66970

Better picture of Stone Brick Stairs with messed up texture

Also occurs with Oak wood stairs. OS X 10.9.2 Java 7 Update 55

This happens with all stairs. They only rendered correctly when place facing East.

Also occurs with fence posts when attached to blocks in dark areas. however, not sure if it occurs in light areas where light level drops below 7

It seems that it happens with all the stairs and fences
