[MC-67876] Air Blocks Catching Fire

When a wool block is lit on fire, on all side faces, and destroyed from the bottom face in creative mode (I haven't tested survival mode) the air blocks surrounding it catch fire for a few game ticks.

Actually, nevermind that. I went up a little further and the fire seemed to be having a slight delay of disappearing when I tried to break the wool block.

Also confirmed for 14w33c, but it only lasts a split second.
