[MC-67882] Silverfish Despawning

Biome: Extreme Hills
Item: Silverfish Block, silverfish
Difficulty level: Normal (also occurs on easy and hard)
Mode: Survival
Event:
When breaking a silver fish block, instead of attacking the player the silverfish stays in place for a second and then despawns. No damage done to entity. It is behaving as if the game is set to peaceful.

no. I am in survival , and on normal difficulty

No. This is a new world started to play in survival to try out the snapshot. No changes or commands issued.

No changes made to game play mode.

Cheats are turned on but have not been used.

I am in the process of doing a branch mine, so the next time it happens I will try to get a screen shot. If I knew how to record it I would that for you.

@Shawn I would suggest using OBS, it's recommended for speedruns and works both as regular recording and streaming. It isn't very CPU intensive, just make sure you have disk space for the video depending on how long you record.

We can't reproduce this issue with the steps you described. Please provide a world download that reproduces this issue.
