Portal to Overworld created by EnderDragon don't create torchs anymore.

Please provide Screenshots.

Here you are, in minecraft 1.7.4 it had torches, now it haven't.

This creates the torches but these fall because they are in the wrong position.

I believe the items being dropped is intended for now as an attempt to temporarily "fix" the issue.

This continues in 1.8.
