Yes i make now i have one skin in 1.7.2 and other in 1.7.10 in surviuval and sv but the players of 1.7.10 see mi older skin

Modded means you have Custom mods installed in your game.
Most used mod allowing mod(Yes...) is forge, check it out, you can get really much mods to your game. They are fun and really fun, and more fun.
