NOTE:when i reentered the world i could see the end but when i repeted it it happened again

So you are essentially saying that entering the end does not load any entities or chunks, but relogging fixes it until you enter the end again?

YES but note after i reported the bug i've been looking throuhg the setting found the render distance and set it to 20 and i entered again and it loaded normaly.
after playing with the render distance i fugerd tah it dosent load prpoerly attleast witsh render distances 12-17 18-20 seems to work

I think what we are having here is MC-64223.

In 1.8.1 entering the end for the first time causes no terrain generation at all (even after 10-15 minutes, whereas MC-64223 takes only a few minutes at most). The player also got stuck at 100 49 0; typing gamemode 3 allowed him to move around a bit, typing gamemode 1 again made the player able to move around, but get stuck at certain places (especially near the ground).
It seems that the blocks were "there" (causing blocking the player), but weren't loading (unable to be interacted with), nor were mobs spawning (even the Ender Dragon), nor could you throw projectiles/shoot arrows/drop items or summon mobs. Pressing F3+A did not do anything at all. The only way to fix it was by relogging.
TL;DR: If this is related to MC-64223, then it is a very extreme case of it.

GUYS!!!!!!!! I don't know if this is related but there is a glitch flicker thing that happens when some chunks do not render properly!! -> When I check my logs the game noted that it was trying to save those chunks as The End when I never was in The End I was in the Overworld.
Whether this related or not, I am not sure, but i find it very interesting, might want to look into it.

Is this still an issue in the current Minecraft Snapshot 15w45b or later? If so, please update the affected versions in order to best aid Mojang ensuring bugs are still valid in the latest releases/pre-releases.

Ticket resolved as incomplete, because no answer in a reasonable amount of time (1+ year), if it still happens, please update the ticket.
