Rapid Particle Bug

When using a rapid redstone clock using this command: "setblock ~ ~1 ~ redstone_block 0 destroy" it made tons of particles, as expected, but groups of particles appear and flash lots of blocks away. When I stop the clock the bug disappears completely, making the clock/particles are the problem in some way.
In the picture it is only one of the groups of particles, there were more father away. It took lots of screenshots just to get one, so I don't have many right now but I'll try to get more.

They seem to coming from 0 0 0.

Sorry, I do not understand the concept of your explanation. Can you please make it more specific?

Chin Cheern there is a redstone clock that uses the command "setblock ~ ~1 ~ redstone_block 0 destroy" which is a really fast clock. One problem with clocks is the particles it creates. I was using it and notice that for a split second of two it seems create random particles that trail somewhere, I think Yoo Tae Jong has a good idea of where they are trailing to. The bug is the particle that shows up in the pictures I posted.

If there is too many breaking particles, some of them will come from 0 0 0.

I cannot confirm this for 1.8.3
