[MC-74810] Redstone Block breaks on contact with redstone wire on a certain direction

So I made a command block clock (setblock redstone and setblock air)...
And when I put a redstone wire next to the redstone block, the block breaks...
Then When I break the Redstone wire, the Redstone Block goes back...

It works If I inverse the two commands that setblock...
