[MC-7547] Wooden Pressure Plate activates when arrow hits the side of the top half of the block underneath it

To recreate:
Place a wooden pressure plate on top of a block. Now shoot an arrow on the side of the top half of the block. Unusually the pressure plate reacts, but to the eye it does it without contact.

this isn't a bug this is a feature. They put this in a while ago to make hidden arrow detectors

It does work nicely for hidden arrow detectors, and there are no circumstances I can think of where this would cause bad/unwanted behaviour.
