[MC-79762] Brewing Stand Animation Not Animating

When brewing potions in the brewing stand, the animations are not working, so you have no idea of the progress of the potion.

If you close the dialog and re-open it, it will show you the current status, but it is static.

Is this still an issue in the current Minecraft Snapshot 15w47c or later? If so, please update the affected versions in order to best aid Mojang ensuring bugs are still valid in the latest releases/pre-releases.
