[MC-82925] Potions in new snapshot turn into water bottles with no texture / missing texture

In the new snapshot, potions that the player had in his/her inventory before the snapshot change turn into a water bottle with the purple black texture/null texture.

Possible reason

Splash potions are now a seperate item (splash_potion) and both potion and splash_potion don't use the Damage value anymore to determine their type but instead use the tag Potion inside their tag tag.
