Last slab on stairways in end cities is in the wrong position

Please provide seed and coords.

These are the ones I found most readily, from two separate temples.

Is this still an issue in the most recent versions (currently that is 1.10.2, or 16w42a) of Minecraft? If so, please update the affected versions and help us keeping this ticket updated from time to time. If you are the owner/reporter of this ticket, you can modify the affected version(s) yourself.

This happens to ALMOST ALL end cities even in the most recent version: 1.12.1 Definitely still exists. I can hardly find one without the last slab at the wrong position
