[MC-83989] Can't access "Ender City" in Creative mode.

I created a new world to get the new terrain generation in the End upon entering the End there wasn't any dragon so I summoned one using /summon EnderDragon . I bate him and upon dying there wasn't any "End Gateway Portal" to access "Ender City". (see screenshot)

The gateway doesn't appear in the middle, see if it appeared somewhere near the edge of the island.

Oh well I'll check.

EDIT: I flew around the island (at the edge) and under it there's not any "End Gateway Portal" except the tiny obsidian platform on which you spawn when you go in the end.

EDIT: No problem still happens I re-summoned the dragon killed him and nothing.

To respawn the dragon properly, in the context of progressing the end, you need to do it by doing the summoning ritual. Right now, that is building a creeper face out of clay, but obviously this will change later.

Doing a `/summon EnderDragon` does spawn an ender dragon, it is true, but not for the purpose of progressing the end.
