The Flower Charge is off to the left and up, the Bordure is too low.

I'm not sure if duplicates matter where they point to, but I've updated MC-87658 to specify 3 shield patterns that are offset.
This report seems to resemble MC-87658 rather than the design pixelization transfer of MC-86135
