[MC-8743] Anvil falling on a block underwater flashes broken for a short while

When an anvil falls on top of a block With 1 Layer Of (Streaming) Water it will flash broken for a short while. Either it will flash broken, or end up broken, which doesnt actually make sense either since it falls in water.

Is this still a concern in the latest Minecraft version 14w08a? If so, please update the affected versions in order to best aid Mojang ensuring bugs are still valid in the latest releases/pre-releases.

Well first off, its never really been a 'concern', just a tiny visual glitch, and as long as its not fixed, it will occur on new snapshots...
