[MC-90099] Player flying with Elytra has incorrect hitbox

When a player is flying using an elytra his hitbox is still like it would be normally.

This could be a very serious issue when using the elytra in pvp situations, as another player shooting at a flying player might not know about the incorrect hitbox, think they're hitting the player, but actually aren't.

Fixed for a future version, according to Jeb:
