This is not MC-84562 as that bug is about the fact that you cannot controll a pig if you did not show it the carrot on a stick before. This report is however about the fact that you cannot controll a pig at all.
When you ride a pig and hold a carrot on a stick, the pig will just look up at some point of time (when it would normally move) but does not move at all.
