When I set a mob on fire, it ran to the water, but instead of jumping in, it stood a block in front of the water.

Anybody else able to reproduce?
I couldn't reproduce this in 16w39a. Mobs will jump into nearby water when on fire.
It seems that zombies, skeletons, creepers, evokers, vindicators and villagers are not intelligent enough to run into water when burning (Tested in 1.11, creative mode, at night with flint and steel).
The bug that some mobs (listed above) are not trying to extinguish themselves when on fire is still present in 17w13b.
