[MC-90851] Impossible redstone torches

It's impossible to place a redstone torch, because it's destroying right after placing.

Works fine for me. Are you on a server, maybe inside spawn protection? Does this happen on all worlds? If it only happens on one world, please attach it. Please also force a crash report by holding F3+C for 10 seconds and attach it here.
