[MC-90909] Boat auto correction position when making short turns

This may be intended behavior but it feels off.

Steps to reproduce:

Get in a boat,
travel forward by holding down A and D
let go of D for a split second to turn Left
hold down D again to straighten out.

What I expected to happen:

Boat moves forward at the angle I started holding down D.

What actually happens:

Angle is corrected by a lot more than expected.

Yes, it feels like the boat is always drifting in some direction you don't want.

i think it can be intended. To make little turn left/right just release 'd'/'a' button for short moment (turn by corrections, not by normal turning). You will turn without loosing momentum.

Confirmed for 16w03a - boats permanently auto-correcting their direction can get quite annoying after some time, especially when navigating narrow passages.
