Minecart freeze when riding

Minecart freeze at same point each time. Have to log out and back in and it moves to next spot an freezes and again I logout and back in and then it stops for a bit.

log shows nothing on the freeze that holds minecart and you cant get out of it, but can esc. to exit game.
