Graphic glitch that reduces the performance by 90%

Have you tryed creating another world, restarting the game, restarting the computer, update your GPU drivers or something like this?
if this doesn't solve your issue please force a crash by pressing F3 + C for 10 seconds while in-game and attach the crash report (minecraft/crash-reports/crash-<DATE>-client.txt) to this ticket so moderators or expert users can help you better

Try changing your "Use VBOs" setting - it seems to resolve graphic issues for most people.

I have disabled VBOs, but the problem still appear randomly.

Yes; It happened at 16 chunks, when I deleted that world, and changed the render to 10 chunks, and then creating another world, that graphic bug have dissapeared. This bug can be closed as 'invalid' resolution, thanks to all 🙂.
