Armor stand's wierd Pose

Where's the bug?

The body, as you can see, it's broken apart.
You know, most of us want an armor stand lying down,
this can give map makers more creations,
too bad it results an armor stand that is broken apart .

Can this be fixed? I/We want the body stick to the legs.

That would be a feature request. If you only want the armor displayed you can use multiple armor stands to position the armor pieces correctly.

But it makes more sense if it doesn't break it's body like that.
You know, we can do the pose on the picture with multiple armor stands...

I just wonder why it outcame such ugly pose....
