ArmorStands with {Marker:1b} are not affected by {Motion} or the Levitation Effect!

when you summon an ArmorStand with the Marker:1b Tag it wont be affected by the {Motion:[]} tag or the Levitation effect as if it had the {NoGravity:1b} tag!
Fix apprechiated ._.

Hmm, I cannot confirm this.

I did try both in 1.9 and 1.9.1pre-3:

/summon ArmorStand ~ ~ ~ {Marker:1b}
/effect @e[type=ArmorStand,c=1] minecraft:levitation 10 10

(^did levitate for 10 seconds)

/entitydata @e[type=ArmorStand] {Motion:[0.0,1.0,0.0]}

(^did jump)

Please provide steps to reproduce the issue.

Okay, I just found something out while testing something completley different:
A marker Armorstand does not move upwards, when a block is on its feet. A normal one does not move upwards, when a block is one block above it.
There is a yellow glass block (that probably was supposed to be a FallingSand riding the ArmorStand) at the feet of the marker ArmorStand

I consider this as WAI

Edit: Added screenshot, you have to click on it to see it correctly for some reasons.

This was reported in 1.9 and resolved as WAI.
But it actually worked in 1.13. Now it doesn't work in 1.14.2

Is this indeed WAI? Because Marker Armor Stands carry falling blocks at their feet instead of their head. Having Motion work on the Marker Armor Stand was a used mechanic in Diversity 3 multiple times.

Can we reopen this?

Feel free to create a new ticket. However, that change was likely intentional because of the new collision mechanics, see @unknown's comments in MC-143069.
