/title times reset after Minecraft closed

The bug

When we change the "title times" in a world and close the game, the "title times" is reset.

How to reproduce

  1. Load a world

  2. Change the "title times" with:

    /title @a times 70 10 70
  3. (Optional) Test the change with the command:

    /title @a title "Test"
  4. Leave the world and close the game

  5. Reboot the game and open that world

  6. Test again with the command:

    /title @a title "Test"

→ ❌ You can see that the title went back to the default timing.

Additional information

This bug does not occur when you don't close the game. In other words, if you simple leave and rejoin the world, the timing of the title stays.

Is this still an issue in the most recent versions (currently that is 1.10.2, or 16w42a) of Minecraft? If so, please update the affected versions and help us keeping this ticket updated from time to time. If you are the owner/reporter of this ticket, you can modify the affected version(s) yourself.

Updated to 1.10 and confirmed

Can you please check if this is still an issue in the latest development snapshot 17w48a?

Simple reason: it's not saved anywhere, only in memory (and it also transfers the values between worlds).

Yep, still happens in 17w48a.
After I close Minecraft, and open again, the title times just reset.
(But transferring this value between worlds is just... not convenient for map makers.)
