[MCL-20266] CreateProcess() returned 2 ERROR

Hello, yesterday I purchased Minecraft Dungeons in the updated Minecraft launcher. Knocks out the error CreateProcess() reutrned 2. Below is a screenshot ->

I can confirm the bug, it happened to me after I reinstalled the game with the new launcher.

Could you answer few questions regarding this issue, it will help with the investigation:

Does this issue still occurs to you on newest version of Launcher?
Does your PC meet the game minimum system requirements?
Do you by chance have two graphic cards on board of your PC (check in Device manager>Display adapters)
Are your graphic card drivers up-to-date?
Have you tried to install Launcher from the minecraft.net website/MS store?
Are you logged in in both Xbox app, MS store, and Launcher with the same MS account ?
Is your Windows and associated apps (Xbox app, MS store) up-to-date?
Have you tried to re-registering MS store as written here ?
Do you use VPN or any of the incompatible software on machine you try to log-in?
Could you provide us with more in-depth repro steps?
