I can't download minecraft launcher when trying to get the message the license cannot be detected confirming the possession of the game

I recommend trying to run wsreset and see if it helps:

Run Wsreset to reset Store:

• Press the [Win] + [R] keys on the keyboard simultaneously

• enter "WSReset" in the window that comes up, and confirm with [Enter].
