I am not using any mods and I checked multiple times if my antivirus or firewall was blocking the game which does not seem to be the case. attaching the log file.

Could you please uninstall the Launcher, delete .minecraft folder (copy its content elsewhere before deletion) and then reinstall the Launcher?
Also, please check solution from Ryan in here MCL-21565, it might be helpful.
